Within your first year of working with us, you can earn up to an extra dollar fifty per hour in pay increases through additional training, and performance evaluations! We offer paid training with a flat rate bonus attached. Benefits include a comprehensive bonus structure, weekly pay, cash spiffs and PTO.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting outbound calls to potential plaintiffs
• Gathering necessary information for mass tort litigation
• Accurately inputting and maintaining records of calls
• Transferring qualified individuals to legal advisors
• Providing exceptional customer service

Compensation:

• $16/hour starting pay ($17 w/ attendance spiff)
• $50/ wk attendance spiff
• Tiered incentives package with agents averaging $18 to $22 an hr.

• This is a FULL TIME position Monday-Friday 9:00-5:45pm
• Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
• Benefits: Paid time off
• Schedule: 8 hour shift
